Richard J. Egly, Certified Public Accountant
Mr. Egly devotes a large portion of his efforts to tax research, planning and
compliance for individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations. Mr. Egly
also provides management advice and consulting services in the areas of financial
and strategic planning.
Mr. Egly attained his BBA with a major in corporate finance in 1969 and his MBA in 1970 from the University of Texas at Austin. He became a Texas CPA in 1973.
His fifteen years experience in industry included a broad variety of assignments in the financial area, including:
Accounting
Financial analysis
Strategic business planning
Organizational restructuring
Management information systems design
Corporate acquisitions and divestment
General financial management.
Mr. Egly has held management positions in both domestic and foreign companies, including the position of Chief Financial Officer of a $300 million company.
He maintains professional membership in the American Institution of Certified
Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
